How plans are drafted

The layout AI fits a minimum-area rectangle to the mapped footprint, picks a corridor typology from the shape, then lays out rooms for the occupancy type and places extinguishers, exits, alarms and sprinklers to code spacing. Everything stays editable in the CAD editor.
